Description of Work: Rob was a great agent for us. We were visiting Ft. Lauderdale and identified several homes we "liked". Later, after we returned to Boston one of the properties became available (again) and we wanted to make an offer without seeing it. The owner balked, and Rob went to the property with a video camera, uploaded the finished product and we made the offer. We bought it and are delighted with our purchase.
