Quality Tree Care, Inc. is a family-owned and operated tree service that has been operating in Broward, Palm Beach and Dade counties since 1994. Our company specializes in complete tree service including tree trimming, pruning, removal, tree stump removal and emergency tree removal service. We provide service to residential and commercial properties, including condos, HOA and property managers.

Quality Tree Care was hired to trim trees at my townhome complex. In the process, they dropped tree branches everywhere including on a tree on our patio in honor of a deceased family member. The tree was killed, and when I confronted the crew about this I was told "it would grow back" (it was snapped in half) and that "things happen, that's life" Then about 20 minutes later after going back into my home, I looked out the window and saw two employees on my back patio. I went outside to ask what they were doing and was ignored multiple times, then one employee made rude remarks to me. At this point they were no longer working on anything and simply trespassing. All I wanted was an apology.

They were on time, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. The company has done work for me in the past and I would use them again in the future. I had proof in advance of their license, liability and workmens comp insurance before service was rendered. That is very hard to find.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THEY CLEANED MY YARD VERY WELL AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY I COULD GET TO COME OUT FOLLOWING A HURRICANE. I'M GLAD I CALLED THEM. THEIR WORK ETHICS WERE STRONG, AND THE JOB WAS NEAR PERFECT. I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, I GUARANTEE IT.
