PURE WATERS

After using several different pool companies, I am happy to say that Ben is the best of the bunch. Ben has been servicing our pool on a weekly basis for almost a year now. He always leaves a note indicating the condition of the pool and to simply let us know he was here. I am in the customer service industry and I know communication is the key to success. Ben has excellent communication skills. If there is ever something wrong, he will call us immediately or will even text me if I do not answer. Thanks to Ben's diligent efforts, my pool is always clean and ready for us to use (unlike with the previous companies). I can count on Ben to always be here on Monday's to service the pool and if ever needed he will come on his "off" time to service the pool. He recently came in at 8:30 am on a Sunday just to make sure all was well for my Sunday pool party. Not only does Ben provide awesome service, but is a great and honest person as well. I can count on his word and if he says something is needed, I do not second guess his reasoning. I HIGHLY recommend Ben and his company, Pure Waters for all of your pool needs.

Ben doesnt like to be questioned. He made promises about treating us well and communicating well about our pool (whose machinery perplexed us). Yet when asked why the valves were turned in a way that caused the pool to empty, "he didnt do it". When asked why the filter pressure was high even though he claimed to have cleaned the filter that day "there is something wrong with the pressure gauge" When asked why there were leaves on the bottom of a just vacuumed pool "its not leaves its stains" (it was leaves)He then made up some lie about having a conflict with our pool and stopped servicing it.GOOD RIDDANCE!

Benjamin is excellent. He's a professional who cares. He is a fine person and extremely reliable. You can feel comfortable that what he says, he does. He actually follows-up. A small company with a great deal of integrity.

Benjamin has been our pool service provider since we purchased our home in 2008. We were referred to him by a family member who lives in the same community. He has been providing the same service for our family for roughly 2.5 years. Ben is very conscientious and goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied with the work. We trust him completely and he is extremely knowledgable regarding the equipment and potential fixes when necessary. He is always responsive to phone calls and has been invaluable when we decided to have the diamond brite redone and the tile removed and replaced. He watched over the work and made sure to provide us with money saving suggestions. We are very pleased with his work and would refer him t any without hesitation.

The price is per month. He's extremely dependable. He's meticulous about his work. The water is cleaner and clearer than it's ever been.
