"I’m sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction [Member name]. Your contract was directly with LOWES although we are hired by them to perform the work therefore, I’m not sure why you are reporting about PROTOCOOL. Your remedies should be exclusively with LOWES. The description of the events however, is inconsistent with our core values and those of LOWES collectively. We didn’t get a stellar reputation by treating customers the way you described. Both companies are customer focused and go above and beyond to make sure that our customers are happy. To that point, we charged you nothing for performing ductwork valued at over $1,000 in an effort to make you happy. None of this was part of any contract with LOWES or PROTOCOOL, it was done because of our intense desire to make you happy. We also made other exceptions for different concerns you had. I personally reviewed your account and looked at all the specifics. All reasonable concerns were rectified promptly. Your complaints were considered and dealt with in a fair way. Apparently when the BBB and LOWES investigated your claims, they saw things different from the way you described them.
