I contacted Prime Time Cooling after finding very positive on-line reviews for this company. I set up a time and date for them to come out with a two-hour window and Robert was very responsive, contacting me 30 minutes before arriving at the house. He inspected the existing unit which was extremely old and needed to be replaced. Robert gave me a quote right away, which was substantially lower than estimates from another company. 
Prime Time Cooling came out right on schedule the following day to replace the unit. They did a very professional job. This company was great to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.

My A/C was on its last legs and I needed to get a new one. I called three different companies and got three different estimates. I went with Prime Time Cooling because they had the best price for the exact system the others had quoted me and they had really good reviews on YELP. It was only one day between the estimate and the install. The technicians were knowledgeable, personable and friendly. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. There is nothing negative that I have to say about this company. I would highly recommend it!

Our AC unit wouldn't come on so we called and they were at our house within 45 mins. They called us back to let us know the truck was on the way. It was a false contact so they resolved the issue quickly and charged us only $35 for the emergency visit. We were so happy with their responsiveness and professionalism that we hired them to do duct cleaning and maintenance on the unit. They came back 3 days later to do the cleaning and maintenance which took about 3 hours. Once again they called us to let us know they were on their way. The crew was again very professional and very thorough and did a very good job. We highly recommend them and would certainly hire them again should we have another issue with our AC.

Prime time cooling arrived on time and very professional. I will highly recommend there service at any time. Very polite and sure definitely knows his trade. A/c is working perfect now and cooling a lot better. They were there a little more than 2hours and very quiet workers cover their shoes every time they came in and out of the house. It went well, overall.  The unit was old, and Ascielo had to make a
couple of trips here to identify and clear the several different
problems.  When I called and siad It's not working properly yet,he
returned within half an hour.  Due to his expertise, the unit is
now humming like a Swill watch.
