Horrible customer service! I hired Sean to fix a leak under our freestanding tub. It would be a 2 part job to let the cement dry, they asked for MORE than half the $ the first visit, which I was SO reluctant about. So once tub was removed and see the bottom had mold growing we wanted to order a new tub so we had to wait a few days to get the tub. Finally got another day/time to finish the job which he then canceled 1 he prior to coming in a text. So I called him, POLITELY asking him when he could come. He then proceeded to raise his voice at me in a very condescending manner saying "I don't know I have to ask my boss" I said this is your company what boss?! Your dad?! Then he says "I don't know what to tell you I will call you tomorrow about my schedule" I said well I had moved around my schedule this time to wait for him and that I need notice so I can be home, then proceeds to YELL at me he's "busy the rest of the week" as I'm talking saying I don't like to be talked to like that & I've paid them more than 1/2 the job $400, he hangs up on me. Then his Dad calls me, being rude also raising his voice at me, so I said I will not argue with him also, bye. I dont know if the work was done right or not, now I'm looking for another plumber to install the new tub. Tbey may or may not be good plumbers but beware if it's more than a days work DO NOT pay them more than 1/2 the $ because it will be like pulling teeth to get them to show back up & you will get yelled at for asking.

Work was started and finished within agreed upon timeframe. Workers were professional and cleaned up the yard when done. I am very happy with the job they did, it exceeded what I expected,

This company was prompt and courteous. I found their rates fair and the quality of the work good. They replaced my tub and toilet and fixed a leak below the tub. I had them purchase the tub nd toilet for me and their rates for these were competitive.
I appreciated that they tested everything before they left to ensure there were no leaks,

From estimate to final inspection, I was very happy with this company. The job was started and completed on time. The crew was professional, neat and helpful with all of my questions and concerns.
