We were being tortured by Mosquitos! We couldn't go outside, even a trip to the mailbox resulted in bites. One day, after trying to bbq dinner, I couldn't take it anymore. I submitted a request for an estimate via their website and received a call the next morning (I also submitted requests with 3 other companies). Arrangements were made for a visit within a few days. Scott was amazing -- he arrived on time (unheard of in Miami!) and explained the process thoroughly. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to call if I had any others. We ultimately went with Platinum and couldn't be happier. We scheduled an installation for about a week after the contract was signed. Again, Platinum was at my house on time. We walked through the property, the installer (his name escapes me at the moment, but he was GREAT!) and his team asked me some more questions, made some modifications and began working. By the time I arrived home, they had completed the job. At first, I thought it wasn't finished -- where were the nozzles?! I grabbed the remote, turned it on and mist magically appeared from nowhere! Amazing! You really could not see the system, everything blended beautifully. Everything had been cleaned up, the area looked untouched. And the topper -- the job came in UNDER estimate! We already noticed a significant decrease in the Mosquitos -- and it hasn't been a week. We are able to go outside! As for the other companies -- only one called me back. The other two, nada. In fact, I had received multiple direct to consumer mailers from Swat. I had called them first. Sent 2 emails. Called again. Nothing. I guess they are simply too busy for my business. That's okay. If they can't be bothered to call me back when I'm trying to BUY their services, I can only imagine what would happen if I ever had a problem.

Got three estimates for our large property. unlike their competitors, they showed up on time, acted professional, and did a nice job. have had them for a year now, the cost to run the system is more than I expected, but works very well, we now can use our yard. well worth the cost. They are very responsive to any requests over the past year.

Excellent! These guys found underground and above ground leaks by methodically testing entire system, tested the newly repaired system to ensure proper operation, then re-filled system tank.
