**** BUYER BEWARE **** This company is extremely unprofessional and shady. They signed a contract for a structural roof replacement and only pulled a permit and completed work for new shingles. The city halted work because they didn't make a structurally sound roof which began sagging afterwards. This company never made it right, attempted to charge double for the work they failed to do, then filed a lien on my house and a foreclosure proceeding. We've had to pay significant legal expenses and expert witnesses and the case remains pending nearly two years after they were supposed to finish in three months. Lack of communication from front office workmanship poor . Did a metal roof and the roof looks crooked when you look at it . Scratchest all over where the crimping is at. Talk to one of the owners”John and all I could get out of him is “that’s the way it is”

The metal roof was installed properly and have passed all the inspections as per Florida Building Code. The best experience I’ve ever had! I had a lot of questions to ask and I got the answers for all of them! I had a very difficult roof with a high slope and skylights in it...I don’t usually wright reviews but I’m so happy my roof sustained all this heavy rain for all most one month!! I recommend Planet Roofing to everybody that has issues with the roof.
