HORRIBLE!!!!!!

My only complaint was her face had a few stray hairs that got in her eyes and mouth but thats all.

and make sure to book an appointment as they are very busy.

I took my dog in and we waited for a while. When they groomed my dog, they cut a huge chunk of skin out of his left leg. When I asked them about it, they said that I brought him in like that. They refused to look at his leg and told me it was my problem. I was forced to take him to the vet to get him care.

I was thrilled to get my dogs back on time and looking great. This was the third groomer I've tried in this area and it was my best experience by far. They groomed my dogs to my specifications though there was a communication error through the person checking the dogs in and the groomer. One of my dog's legs was clipped shorter then the rest but the groomer did an excellent job trying to correct it. The dog still looked great even with one less hairy leg! The dogs were finished when promised and they cleaned up a little mess quickly (one of my dogs was a little excited) without giving me the evil eye!

I WOULD SAY OVERALL THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO HAVE YOUR DOG GROOMED. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE GROOMING IS DONE BY SEVERAL DIFFERENT GROOMERS AND I THINK THEY TEND TO HAVE CERTAIN PEOPLE GROOM CERTAIN BREEDS OR SIZES DEPENDING ON HOW WELL THEY DO WITH LONG HAIRS VERSUS CERTAIN BREED CUTS ETC. SO MY EXPERIENCE AND COMMENTS ARE LIMITED TO POODLE'S BUT ALTHOUGH THEY OVERALL DO A GOOD JOB I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THEIR WORK IS GOOD BUT NOT EXCELLENT. SEVERAL TIMES THE PACKAGE I PAID FOR WAS NOT GIVEN; I THINK BECAUSE THOSE TIMES TENDED TO BE VERY BUSY AND THEY PROBABLY FORGOT BUT STILL. IT HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE. THEY ALSO SEEM A LITTLE EXPENSIVE TO ME. ALSO TWICE THEY DID NOT PERFORM THE ANAL GLAND CLEANING AND SHAVE. I KNOW WHO WOULD WANT TO BUT IT GOES WITH THE TERRITORY. STILL FOR AS BUSY AS IT IS THEIR STAFF DOES A GOOD JOB AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND PUNCTUAL AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF FITTING YOU IN. THE GROOMING IS GOOD BUT NOT EXCELLENT.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY HAVE A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION. THEY WERE VERY GENTLE WITH MY DOG. HE WAS UNEASY AT FIRST, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO CALM HIM DOWN. THEY ARE VERY PATIENT AND CARING.
