Pete's Plumbing & Gas Inc

I have been using this company for years now and they are just great. They return calls and are always available. They got here on time and worked quickly. They're very professional and their price was excellent. I would recommend them.

The plumber was courteous and friendly for the initial service call but several hours early (I was told mid-day, he arrived before 9 AM, I was told the kitchen sink required a part he had to order and he would likely return in a week. After 2 weeks I called the company to inquire about my sink and was told they needed to contact the plumber who worked the job to find out the status. I called back 2 weeks later and was told they had problems getting the part. (Note: this faucet is still being sold and supported by Price Pfister). Eventually, after being told they were ordering a part no longer being manufactured, I went to the Price Pfister web site, got a parts diagram of my faucet, showing the correct part number, and emailed it to Pete's Plumbing. They installed the part 62 days after the initial service call. Had this been my first experience with Pete's Plumbing, it would have been my last, as they did not call me the first 6 weeks and I had to research the part for them.

If we could find someone else, we would not bother with them anymore.

Super work. Everything was done on schedule. No nonsense. Very Professional!! I plan on having Pete do more work at my house soon.

I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN THIS COMPANY RESPONDED TO MY CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PLUMBER WAS NEAT, CLEAN AND EFFICIENT. THE TOILET HAS BEEN WORKING JUST FINE SINCE IT WAS REPAIRED.
