Not to talkative about the situation. Gave us a bill for 150. And didn't really tell us what they did except spray.

They keep the bugs away, and were the only pest control company that could get rid of my ant problem.

PEST QUEST CAME, EVALUATED THE PROBLEM AND TOOK CARE OF IT.  IT TOOK SEVERAL VISITS FOR THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY DID.  THESE ANTS ARE REALLY DISGUSTING, AND I WAS AFRAID I WOULD HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF MY HOUSE.  I DON'T REMEMBER EXACTLY WHAT I PAID, BUT IT WAS VERY REASONABLE.

I AM A PERSON WHO DOES NOT LIKE BUGS.  I GET HYSTERICAL WHEN I SEE SPIDERS.  THE WHITE FOOTED ANTS HAPPENED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO.  I HAVE USED PEST QUEST MONTHLY EVER SINCE.  THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE TO CALLS FOR HELP.  IF I SEE SPIDERS ON MY PATIO IN BETWEEN VISITS, THEY WILL COME AND GET RID OF THEM WITHOUT CHARGING ME AN EXTRA FEE.

I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

I love that I didn't have to sign a contract with them. They come out to my condo quarterly, they will come out if i see bugs in between that time for free. So far I haven't had to do that. . Some people have them come out bi-monthly. They work with you on an individual basis. I used to have a bad ant problem, but no more. I have referred them to so many of my friends and everyone seems happy with them. Their product works. I am going to bring their company name up to my condo board to help get rid of our rat problem, because the company we're using right now is not doing their job.

When I spoke to Dana the owner, he apologized for the delay in calling me back. His wife was having some medical problems, but he assured me he would get someone out to me the next day, which he did. His 'partner' was very efficient, told me what kind of pests I had, a couple of options on how to treat the problem, and then he did the work on the spot for a reasonable fee. I luckily didn't have major problems, and Pest Quest is going to do a treatment every other month, so all in all, a good service.

When I first called, the man who answered the telephone was very nice and very helpful. He answered all my questions and set up an appointment for the next day. So that I didn't have to take all afternoon off work, the person that was to meet me at my home was given my number and would give me 30 minutes notice, which he did. I got the call at 4 pm and met the exterminator at 4:30. We talked about my problem and he went to work, all the time being very careful about my things and being very helpful (he even removed the light fixture and disposed of the dead insects). He was very thorough. Overall, a very good experience. I would absolutely recommend Pest Quest and will use them again.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY RELIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE. IF YOU CONTINUE TO SEE BUGS AFTER THEY HAVE SPRAYED, THEY WILL COME BACK AND SPRAY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.

I LIKE PEST QUEST BECAUSE THEY CALL BEFORE COMING OUT AND ALWAYS SEND THE SAME TWO GENTLEMEN EVERY TIME. I KNOW THEM BOTH BY NAME AND FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THEM IN MY HOUSE. ALSO THEY HAVE EXCELLENT RATES THAT HAVE NOT GONE UP IN 20 YEARS.

WE WERE NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ONLY SPRAYED THE OUTSIDE OF OUR HOUSE ONCE. THE ANTS CAME IN OUR HOUSE. THEY SPRAYED AGAIN BUT, THE ANTS HAVE NOT GONE AWAY.

SINCE I HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT, I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY ROACHES IN THE PAST FOUR MONTHS. THE SPRAY WAS ODORLESS AND DID NOT HARM MY PETS. THE STAFF MEMBER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
