+ -1 moreWHEN THE NEW TOILET WAS FLUSHED, IT BACKED UP ALL OVER MY BATHROOM! I CALLED ABOUT THE DAMAGE TO THE TILE FLOOR AND SURPRISINGLY ENOUGH, THEY REPLACED IT WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE TOILET WAS RE-INSTALLED PROPERLY AS WELL.
Description of Work: REMOVAL OF OLD TOILET, INSPECTION OF SEWER LINE, INSTALLATION OF NEW TOILET AND ASSOCIATED PLUMBING TO HOOK UP WATER LINES TO NEW TOILET. THEY HAD TO MAKE A RETURN TRIP TO REPAIR THE FLOOR AND RE-INSTALL TOILET.
