 + -1 moreNever had a problem not solved. I call, leave a message and he gets back to me fast and is promptly available within quick time frames. He even has helped me with other electronic equipments like audio and video and he has shown to be very knowledgeable, competent and dependable.
Description of Work: Jose has been taking care of my computers for at least the last 10 years. I have taken the time to write this review because I made the mistake of buying service contracts from major electronics firms which were of no value at all. Jose is clean; professional and fast. I am amazed at his ability to solve any and all of my computers issues in minutes or an hour or so; while others, in the past, have spent hours or days and not being able to solve. I highly recomend Jose Laurentino and his firm Pegasus Computer Systems, Inc. He has a candid attitude and the nicest thing is that my computers never have to leave my house.
