Dear Dr. Bergeron Your Covid restrictions have caused a behavioral problem with Neo. With my last vet, Neo would beg to visit every time we passed by. Once inside, he was a perfect patient. You could poke/prod or do anything to him as long as I was with him. Zero behavioral issues. On my first visit to Park Vet I notified your staff about his separation anxiety and that there will be a problem unless I come inside with him. They said it's not allowed due to Covid restrictions. Each time your office called me in my car, I could hear Neo's panicked constant barking in the background. On my 2nd visit yesterday 1/13, Neo shook with fear when we pulled into the parking lot. He has never done this in his entire life! The vet tech brought him outside saying that they attempted to put him in a cage and he became agitated and disruptive to the office. Neo has never been caged before. Then the tech lectured about training my dog and handed me a dog trainer card. I am extremely insulted! Neo shook out of fear for another 30 minutes. I will not have him traumatized again.

We had a wait but it wasn't unreasonable. We've used them for several years. They interact well with my pet. They especially interact well with my wife and that's why we go back.

I like my vet very much.  I have been using them for about 10 years.  I trust them with my dogs.  I have had a couple of different with some serious issues and they have always been able to help me.  I think highly of all of them.  They have a great office.  I would highly recommend them.  They offer boarding.  One of my dogs has diabetes and she has to go there quite often.  They do nice things like they give a credit on the next bill if we refer a customer.  They follow up with a phone call after I have been there.  The do the right type of things.  They take better care of my dogs than my doctor takes care of me.  They know me when I go in.  I am not unhappy with anything.  I called without an appointment towards the end of the day and they had got me in when I needed help.  They are someone on a regular basis.

The experie

We have been using them for years. They are wonderful, caring and very good with animals. Their prices are average. Once we go in for our visit our follow-up visit comes for free. The technicians and staff are very pet-friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything went great! Dr. Bergeron and his staff love their patients. He always spends time with us and kisses Jazzi on the nose, lets her lick his face and plays with her before examining her. Everyone there is dedicated to treating animals and providing excellent care. This is the second dog we have taken to him, going back to 1996.

Everything went fine. My dog camr through with flying colors. Everyone there is friendly and truly cares about the well being of their patients and their family.
