OXXO CARE CLEANERS COOPER CITY

I just went to an OXXO cleaners in Cooper City and I was surprised at what I saw. Can you believe that it smelled clean and healthy, it didn’t smell off chemical like others do, and it was completely air conditioned. Behind the counter you could see all the work being done as in those open kitchen restaurants. The place was spotless, ceramic tiled floors and uniformed personnel hand ironing the clothes. The personnel at the counter were very polite and gave me a tour of the place, incredible! I left my clothes some dry cleaning and 2 shirts for laundering. They told me I could pick them up at any time 24 hr. though their 24 hr. door (ATM). After 2 days I went after work and got there at 8pm, they were closed so I went to the ATM with my OXXO card, put it into the door and got my clothes, I felt like I was in “The Jetsons” (the future). I got home and my clothes felt soft and smelled clean and the quality was great. This place is more than you can imagine, try it and you will see that it is more than a cleaners it’s an experience.

On the day the comforter was to be ready, called ahead and asked if it was ready. They said there were some stains on it and they wanted to run it through the process again. I picked it up the following day. When I opened it at home, it was evident that they damaged the batting that was inside. It was crinkly and balled up at the corners and edges. The comforter was not this way when dropped off, it was just dirty. I took it back when the manager was on site, but was told they could not give me a refund on my credit card as they do not give refunds. They offered to fix it, however, having done quilting, I am aware that this was damaged and there was no way for them to permanently remedy the situation. The manager did say they used the wrong process, but continued to refuse to credit my credit card. I have called my credit card company and will dispute the charge.
