They sent me something else in the mail and charged me $160 for it! I called to ask why they charged and they said it was part of the deal. They refused to offer a full refund. They said if I sent everything back they would give me back a little but I'll still be out over $100.

On Monday I received a package with cartriges that I did not order. I checked my bank balance and they charged me $116.93 for it. The gentleman on the phone told me that was my own fault for not reading the fine print and that they would not send back my money even though they have a 100% guarantee. He said when I signed up I agreed to have them sent to me once a month. I do not believe it was. I did not think I would have to order anything until after I tried it. He told me they would refund $79. That was the price of shipping and handling.
