I was not called back for appointments when I asked. Would just show up with no call. Had to call them back to fix things I did not like a couple times. Left stuff up on the roof during a strong storm, called them to remove it and they never answered my phone call.

Its been six months and one day since I hired this company to do my roof. Salesman said it would be done in 6 weeks. Took them three months just to get a permit, then have started job and failed inspection, blamed the inspectors, don't have a crew available to finish the flat side, and I'm fed up. they also left a big mess in my front yard! Excuses, excuses, excuses!
