He is an independent contractor. You are able to pick your finish. He does beautiful work and is a great guy.

They drew up a plan and they were able to use my input. They were cooperative. They were clean and prompt, but if unable to make it on time they would call right away and let me know when they would be here. They did a great job with the cabinets. They came back to realign the drawers and small things like that.

Creative Custom Designs has done a very good job for me. We have had some delays due to city issues with permits, but this is not the company's fault. They came on time and have stuck with the job. They are very respectful of my property and have worked diligently on my floor.

I turned this company in to the BBB. I did not get what I asked for and what they did do was not installed properly. They will not even speak with me now over the phone.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WENT VERY WELL. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WE LIKED THE OUTCOME OF OUR COUNTER TOPS. THEY LOOK VERY GOOD AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
