I was impressed by the professional manner in which the salesman assessed my roof repair. Based on that I decided to hire them. Once I hired them, they had a work crew at the house the next day. The work crew was friendly, tidy and efficient. Once the repair was finished, I had expressed to the salesman and owner of New Era that I wasnt quite satisfied with how a portion of my roof looked. It seemed like it would be a simple fix, It took too much effort on my part to get them to agree to come back and remedy the situation. I dont like to hear it looks good or thats the way it should look when I know it doesnt look good. When they sent the work crew back, it took them about an hour to make it look right.

New Era not only have me the best price for my new roof, but got it done quickly. They got the permits quickly, and did a great job on the install. They were very upfront with some things that needed to be fixed. Sent me pictures of the issues snd fixed them at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend New Era Roofing. Very professional and efficient!

I was so impressed on their response time during the heavy rain we had back in November and started to see leaks everywhere in our roof where there was none before and some ceiling collapsing. Eber Vazquez was so attentive and understanding to send immediately send his team to my house. The team was so humble and very helpful and did such great job on fixing all the leaks before the rain started again. Thanks !
