The company was very attentive when we were negotiating the contract. We were given a start date of April 1, 2006. April came and went with no word from the company and our phone messages went unreturned. There were never any managers or project managers to speak with in the office;no one with authority was ever available. We finally got in touch with the VP out of the Baltimore office (Mike Barnaba). He admitted that the company had yet to obtain our permit.(It does NOT take 5 months to obtain a roof permit!) The work finally began in late July and was completed mid August with a three week hiatus between the tear off and re-roof. The workmanship was good. The customer service was lacking. Don't ever expect to get anyone on the phone, or even a return phone call, if you hire them!
Description of Work: Complete tear off and re-shingle of pitched roof.

THEY ARE A VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS COMPANY. THEY ARE DOING A GREAT JOB. I LIKE WHAT I SEE SO FAR. THEY DO A GREAT JOB IN CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE SHINGLES ON OUR ROOF.
