• - Matt the sales rep who came to the house was quite good, responsive, and answered my phone calls and questions afterwards

1. - The installers came right on time.  Unfortunately the other workers in the house were not done and they were still there.  This includes some tile work that needed to be re-done.  The tile guys VERY CLEARLY delineated the area with tape and a wooden board of an area not to walk and even wrote "wet tile do not walk", and one of the installers just put his leg over the tape and wooden board  and then put his weight on the wet tile.  When I said something, I very quickly got attitude, saying he didnt see it.  Then he tried again to step on the metal piece that was  holding the tile in place.  We then didnt see him again, and only his partner
2. - we actually had a false alarm that first night, to no fault of the security company, HOWEVER they were unable to get a hold of me or my husband when the alarms were going off because they had written ALL 3 phone numbers down incorrectly, so the police had to be called, AND I was fined $50 by the city.  
3. = the installers left their dirty sweaty shirt on the floor in my garage=  that probably wouldnt be worth mentioning alone, however the others were, and it was gross.  

The sales representative was fantastic and knew his equipment. The technicians who installed the new equipment were efficient and professional. Since the installation I had a door contact go bad ( no fault of the technicians) and the company came out right away to address the problem. Since then I had to call the office because my alarm was beeping a code I did not understand and they told me how to reset it. I had accidentally set it off and was not yet familiar with all the codes even though I have a book. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

It works perfectly and we are happy with it.  Their customer service is great. 

I called them and they were out the same day!  They had a cancellation and squeezed me in that day!  They had the existing alarm system up and running within an hour and a half!  It was a great service!

My alarm system was having false alarms on a regular baisis and the city was charging me an enormous amount in fines. My existing company could never find or fix the problem. My neighbor has been using the services of National Alarm Systems for over 10 years and suggested I call them.
On the first visit, I explained the problem to the sales person. He offered to send over a technician at no charge to analyze the problem (which I gladly agreed). About an hour later the technician arrived and went through my entire system, checking all the devices and wiring. He traced the problem to faulty wiring in my attic. I offered to switch my service to their company if he could repair the problem immediately. We both agreed and it took about 2 hours to repair the faulty wiring. He set up my service and did not even charge me for the repairs. I was suprised to find out that they do not charge for repairs and maintenance for all the customers they monitor.
About 3 months has passed since I switched to National Alarm. I am happy to say that I have not had a single false alarm since I switched to them.
The entire staff at National Alarm have all been very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

When I called the company to speak about an alarm system for my home, I was connected immediately to Rory.
I explained my situation, and Rory spent plenty of time explaining what he thought I might want in the way of an alarm system, and then we made an appointment for him to come by the following day. 
He even called me to explain a 5 minute delay of our appointment, due to a traffic accident.
When Rory came by, he explained what would be the best alarm system for my needs (wireless), and he explained all the charges, and I signed the agreement for the installation.
The installers, Mario and Ricky, came this morning (during the scheduled time).
They worked clean, and were very knowledgeable, PROFESSIONAL, and courteous.
After they finished the installation (they work very well together) in the time frame as scheduled, they explained to me how the alarm works (in easy to understand words!!!).
I am very pleased with this company. 
I feel very secure in the knowledge that I have "state-of-the-art" protection for my home.
I will recommend them to my friends.

I live in a gated community in Delray Beach and never felt the need for a burglar alarm until recently. In the past few weeks several of my neighbors had their homes broken into while they were at work. The police explained that there has been an increase in home invasions recently and that apparently the criminals were knocking on doors and if they did not get an answer, they are breaking into the back doors and windows. The scariest part of all is that sometimes my middle school daughter is home alone and we have always told her never to open the door to a stranger. Now the police are telling us that it is important for her to let the person at the door know that someone is home. We suddenly felt an urgent need to install an alarm system and called around to several companies to get information. National Alarm Systems without doubt was most accommodating, knowledgeable and competent company we interviewed. They understood our sense of urgency and sent a salesperson to our home the same day we called. The system was custom designed to accommodate all of our concerns. Our installation was scheduled immediately and they had our alarm system installed and operating within two days. Because my husband and I both work, they scheduled us for a Saturday morning installation, and before leaving , they made sure that all of us (including my daughter) were comfortable with how to work the system. I can't tell you the huge relief this has been for us and the comfort we feel in knowing that our home and family are safe. I cannot imagine living without this sense of safety and security now that we have it. Unfortunately, many of my neighbors learned the hard way by thinking that simply living in a gated community was enough security.I highly recommend National Alarm to anyone looking for a security system.  Based on my strong recommendation, many of my friends and neighbors have also installed alarm systems with National Alarm and everyone has been happy with the service they have received.

They were very professional from the day the owner came out to give me an estimate through the installation and permitting process. This was my first experience having an alarm system and everyone I spoke to or dealt with directly was helpful and polite. Their customer service has been outstanding. The system seemed expensive at first,  but after learning about all of the hidden fees and rate changes, etc.., that "initially less-expensive" big box companies charge..this company TRULY was the better value overall.

After living through the unfortunate experience of a home invasion, I decided to install a burglar alarm system. Having no prior knowledge of burglar alarm systems, I decided to obtain several estimates before making a decision on the type of system to install. I had five different companies come to my house and asked for their recommendations and pricing. I was amazed at all the differences between the companies. The sales person's knowledge of alarm systems ranged from no knowledge to exceptional knowledge. Most companies were more interested in selling me a monitoring agreement rather than taking the time to show me the pros and cons on the different types of systems available.

By far, National Alarm Systems stood out as the most professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy company. The sales person was very experienced and took the time to explain the different types of equipment available and gave me several options. He did not try to convince me to go with a pre-set system that was being pushed on me by the other companies. He wanted me to have a system that I was comfortable with. We customized a system that was right for me and my family members. The pricing of the system was also very reasonable based on the quantity of the equipment that I wanted and the size of my house.
The installation of the system was flawless. The technicians arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They knew exactly what the job entailed and explained to me how the installation was to precede. They cleaned up after the job was completed. They showed my entire family how to use the system and tested everything  right in front of us. A few days later, the city inspector came by and approved the installation. 

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable and professional company, that cares about the needs of their customers and treats you like a special person.

After having had my home burglurized I realized I needed to have an alarm system installed. I researched many companies and also checked with the BBB. National Alarms is the company I chose to go with. The work went smoothly and efficiently. The 2 young installers were polite and professional. All the work and inspections were done in a timely fashion. The total cost of $730 included the first 3 months of monitoring. I have recomended to others and will continue to do so.

Great no hidden extras

The representative required a 2 year contract, which they had said on the phone would not be required.  The monitoring was $10/month cheaper than Brinks/ADT/Broadview. No extra charge for "maintenance."   They  required 3 visits to fix a non-functioning window sensor.   The representatives can be rude on the phone.  The company seems amaturish.

They were very good and the alarm works great. They treated me well, the work went well, and the prices were reasonable. The alarm works well for me.

I have never had a problem with them. They handle any requests I have right away and pleasantly. The office staff is quick and efficient and I feel much safer knowing they are watching out for my home.

THEIR SERVICE IS RELIABLE AND CONVENIENT. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY CALL TO CHECK UP ON HOW THE ALARM SYSTEM IS WORKING FOR ME. THEY ALSO HAVE PAYMENT PLANS. THEY HAVE THEIR CUSTOMERS' NEEDS IN MIND.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY THAT I HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH. THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING OUR SYSTEM AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE THEY PUT IT IN.
