Save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not use these scam artists. I booked them through Angi in early May and my blinds repair job was never completed. Nigel Ashton who is supposedly the owner has no respect for his clients and refused to return my phone calls. My blinds squeak terribly and cannot be opened properly. He came to my house once and said it would be an easy fix and would return that day or the next. This was over a month ago and I am still waiting. He did not have the courtesy to text or call me back. I foolishly paid him $300 over the invoice quote to get the job done and paid the balance believing he would return and fix the problem. Angi closed his account but can not help in any other way. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of Nigel Ashton and NA Blinds.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY COMPLETELY RIPPED ME OFF! Nigel came out quickly (next day) to give me a quote to hang my curtains. It was very reasonable (actually cheap). He asked for a deposit, half of the fee. I thought it was a little odd since I was supplying the curtains, rods, etc. However, I gave him a cash deposit. He said he would have somebody come the following day to hang the curtains. He never showed and I never heard from them that day. I continually contacted NA blinds and eventually they texted me back claiming to be out of the country. Long story short, they never did the job, never gave me back my cash deposit, and I never heard from the since. This was a total SCAM! Makes me question the authenticity of the positive reviews. I

Wonderful guys to work with, Saul and Nigel are very professional and personable. They arrive on time and are priced fairly and are very experienced pros. I had some fancy old curtains from another home and I couldnâ t find any one to install them. Saul came and gave me a quote and came back when the parts arrived and installed them today and I am very pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys!

I was very fortunate to find NA Blinds, when I needed work done on my 150+ inch vertical blinds. Nigel Ashton, the owner, came out to evaluate my problem, recommend the solution and it was sorted. His installer, Saul, was very professional, and he did a terrific job. He was on time, having called ahead to tell me when to expect him, and his work was precise and efficient. Iâ m quite happy with his work and pleased to be able to recommend NA Blinds, and I wouldnâ t hesitate to use them again, should I have need of their services.

Saul installed the blinds. He was professional and courteous. He was ;knowledgeable and seemed to know his craft very well. I would recommend the Company and Saul to do any project. When he was running a little late, he immediately texted me to let me know he was running late and what time he would be arriving. This young man was a pleasure to have in my home. Nigel the owner of NA blinds is personable also. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. I wish them all the best in their endeavors.
