I had several estimates and Mr Electric came right out and there was no waiting . They came on time, finished the work and were very professional.

The men arrived on time, did the estimate and provided service the same day. I was very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship.

A dimmer switch in the den and a kitchen counter light were producing humming sounds and we knew we needed an electrician to troubleshoot the problems. We also wanted a surge protector installed in our master bathroom. It had been almost 5 years since we used Mr Electric. We checked Angie's List but there were no reviews for it in the past 2 years. We gave the company a call and the person greeted us in a friendly, professional manner. We were able to get an appointment for later the same day (a Friday). The service representatives (2) arrived promptly. They were also courteous, friendly, and professional. After troubleshooting the problem, it was determined we needed to replace both the dimmer switch in the den and the ballast in the kitchen counter light. The parts had to be ordered so arrangements were made to complete the work after the parts were received. In the meantime, to eliminate the humming sounds, the dimmer switch was removed and replaced with a regular one and the kitchen counter light was temporarily disabled. Additionally, the surge protector was installed. We were able to coordinate our schedules so that the work was completed the following Tuesday (4 days later). We are pleased with the quality of work provided and will definitely use Mr Electric again.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAD USED THIS COMPANY. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT PROJECT. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND. I WOULD REFER THEM TO OTHERS.
