My business is totally run on computers and I rely on computer techs to come into my business and resolve my problems.  I don’t have someone on staff like some other businesses to come and resolve issues with the hardware and software.  Over the years I worked with several computer repair companies and for the most part some have been satisfactory and some have not been.  It seems to be like small companies like my company provide the best service.  They are small and I hope they don’t get much bigger. I hope they maintain their current service and value.  I hope it doesn’t get to their heads.  I started a couple of years ago with another company who was small and as soon as they became larger their customer service went down by 80%.   I am always interested in a company that performs for its customers. I like to hire such companies and use in my business.  They helped me to install a new computer on the network and they also updated the software I had on another computer.  They always come here and update all my computers and make sure they have the latest anti virus software and so on.  They are pretty good at taking a look at my existing system and making sure it is running properly whether I ask or not.  That is just a part of their service which I appreciate.  They do some of the things whether I ask for it or not.  That's how they keep me safe from viruses and other issues that might go on and I don’t know about.  They are usually here once a month.  I run several computers and they are here to make sure it working fine.  They charge $75 an hour which I think is pretty reasonable for computer knowledgeable people.  They do charge some travel time but I understand that.  They are very fair on their pricing but they are very thorough.  They make sure before they leave my office that they have checked all my computers and every job is running properly. They make sure nothing is hanging. It is not like I have an agreement with them to come once a month but they give me a call and ask if they need to come out.  Their price is unbeatable.  The last company charged me $120 an hour to come out and these guys are charging me half and they are just as good as them.  If I have a problem that day they would resolve it that day. They seem to be always on time. They are very respectful about me.  I am not using anybody else but them. I am not a computer geek but when it comes to resolving issues I go to them.
