Broward Pools.com is a division of Mike O'Brien's Pool Store which has been providing quality spa and swimming pool service & parts for over 15 years. Mike O'Brien's Pools is a full service pool company offering sales, services, remodeling and repairs on residential and commercial pools since 1992. Along with being members of the Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA), we are certified and registered by the National Swimming Pool Foundation as Licensed Certified Pool Operator's (CPO). At Mike O'Brien's Pools, we are committed to superior service. All of our technicians receive training in service and safety techniques for your satisfaction and pool's safe operation. "(Member name removed) was a customer in good standing from 11/13/2000 till 12/2005. The service that (Member name removed) subscribed to was a Chemical Brush service. This service did not include vacuuming the pool for leaves and debris as stated in our contractual agreement. We would have gladly upgraded (Member name removed) service if he had notified us of this request. We apologize for any misunderstanding. For the last several years, we have charged the same rate for our services in spite of rising gasoline and pool chemical expense increases. As much as we would have liked to maintain our rates for another year, we found that we were no longer able to absorb all of these increases. Accordingly, we must pass a portion of these increases on to our customers. I hope that this has shed some light on the situation. We truly appreciated your loyalty and business throughout the years."
