I called this company because of a problem with our computer. They called back within the hour and made an appointment to come and service the computer. The technician arrived early, which actually worked out better for us. Within fifteen minutes after arriving the technician had the problem diagnosed and fixed. He then answered some questions we had about our operating system and how to burn CDs and DVDs which was very helpful. The technician did a great job and I will call this company again if we have any future problems with our computers.
