Awful experience.  Would NEVER recommend them.
We selected an expensiver carpet for our Master Bedroom from Joe at Miami Carpet and Tile.  Carpet was ordered and installed incorrectly and with incompetent  installer.  The mill had sent the wrong shade of carpet.  That was not seen until after installed.  The mill offred 15 colors of this one style of carpet.  They could not weave the correc t shade - even though it was offered in many shades.  We went back and forth for months with carpet sample colors and finally had them lay the new carpet.  The new carpet was not the correct shade - but was close as the mill could get.   Another daty was spent with removing and installing new carpet.  After all was said and done there was not offer to credit or offer anything for our trouble.  Joe would not return phone calls and blew me off when trying to figure out an amicable resolve.  Dont use them unless you have plenty of free time to manage your carpet install and remove.  Just complete aggravation.

The showroom salesperson, Gina, was very helpful and visited my home for measurements at a time convenient with my schedule. However, I was extremely disappointed with the installation experience. A week in advance, I requested installation for 8am the following Monday & later confirmed the appointment on 2 separate occasions with their coordinator, Libby. That Monday after taking the day off from work & waiting at home, at 1 PM I finally received a call from Libby stating the installers weren't coming. After several calls, I finally reached a manager, Francis, who said he "couldn't fly out the little carpet elves" and was very unsympathetic that I would now miss an additional day of work for their installers to come another day. He offered no solution or relief for this significant inconvenience, and canceling the order would result in a 30% penalty ($550). The next time I need carpet, I will hire anyone but Miami Carpet & Tile.

I CALLED THE STORE FIRST AND THEY WERE VERY NICE. WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE I PURCHASED CARPET FOR FOUR ROOMS. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THE CARPET WAS WRONG. THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET ANYWAY, BUT I LIKED IT INSTEAD.

THE GUYS WERE NICE AND REMOVED ALL THREE ROOMS OF MY OLD CARPET. THEY PUT DOWN THE NEW PAD AND CARPET. THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF STRETCHING THE CARPET AND NOW THERE ARE ROLLS AND GAPS AROUND THE EDGES.
