Bob came today to take a look at our home, he gave us peace of mind by letting us know the house seems fine and the crack we had on the garage is normal as well as other areas of concern we had due to the house settling.
He was very nice and helpful and I recommend their company and service. He even provided tips on how we can fix the area of concerns we had.

It went pretty good in general. Bob is a true professional, I could always get him on the phone or get a call back within hours. Some neighbors were impressed and are thinking of hiring him for some other issues and improvements. If you're new to this, as I was, getting city permits and inspections can be grueling. Get things started as soon as possible so the workflow isn't affected more than necessary. Since I had Bob there, I thought of a few more things I wanted to get done in the house that were "doable" price-wise, since the workers were already there, specifically around the kitchen.
