Computer Repair
Glenn Grossman is the most patient and helpful tech I have ever met. He arrived to our office exactly when we needed him. He waited around for AT&T to arrive (a few hours late) and went above and beyond anything we asked him to do. This is not the first time we have used his service and it will not be the last. He is extremely knowledgable and always more than fairly priced.
Recently, he tried to resolve my sons hard drive crash, which was beyond salvage. When he determined that he could not save this badly crashed system, he didnt even charge for his time.
He is personable and easy to have around. When he is workinig in the office, we hardly know he is there,and then VOILA, everything works!
