I just hired them. I pay them monthly. The owner is very hands-on. When I call, he is right here. He will walk the property with me because I had a couple of times where the crew missed something or didn't take something that I asked them to take. The best thing is that he is right here. He takes care of it. A lot of times they will accidentally break a sprinkler head because they have those huge riding lawn mowers. He will come back and fix it at no charge. They are really honest and fair. He is really hands-on and will come back to look at something. For my size property I think their price is excellent.
