They were very friendly and helpful in giving different options for what I needed. For spare key, they were happy to provide non-remote key. Keys were provided right away. They were nice enough to provide duplicate keys for my house free of cost !!! Would have recommended them even if they didn't :-)

One technician showed up and sat on my porch with me and started running his mouth. I asked if he was going to do the work and he said he needed to wait on his boss. It took about an hour for his boss to arrive. Once they both arrived they did their job. I felt the pricing was out of hand because I had to pay for all the time the one technician sat on the porch with me.

The service provided was wonderful, they were great and they were very nice. He explained everything, he was very cordial to my husband and to my daughter. It wasn't a big deal but he still made it here, did the job and don't worry about it everything's gonna be cool.

They were very nice but they were not able to reproduce my key. I went there and they thought they could cut the key and I have four keys cut and non of them fit. They were very nice and refunded my money but they could not provide the key I told them to cut. It didn't cost me anything and they were very nice. They were very sorry and looked up through the Yale book but they just don't have a key. Obviously I have new lock and new type of key.
