LOUIE'S FENCE REPAIR

Its been a few years, and the actual date escapes me, but as I recall the work was done satisfactorily but believe there was a problem with the estimated repair date and the actual. Not a major problem, but if someone says I will be there Monday, then that is what I expect.

Louie's fence did a great job. He even worked over the weekend to get the job completed. Very good construction on replaced section and much improved over original work on repaired section. He made constructive suggestions and improvements. Timely in response to call for estimate and getting work completed. I would definitely recommend Louie's Fence.

We had attempted to band-aid this fence ourselves without success. Obtained two bids from Angie's List providers. Louie's evals on the list were good and his price was in the range of what we were prepared to pay. He and his crew did a nice job and we are quite pleased.

Took some time as I had to pull the permit and the permit process is slow, especially when you make a mistake like I did. However, once the permit was pulled, construction started and completed in a prompt time frame.

His estimate was 30% lower than the next lowest estimate, but he showed up on time with all of his supplies. He even accommodated us without delay when we changed our minds about how best to modify the fence. He was through in 2 days as promised, and he threw in the painting (although I gave him a generous tip for it nonetheless). He's very humble, honest and professional, and I would recommend him highly.

His estimate was about half of the other estimates I received. He's very reasonably priced. He knows his trade. He was very friendly and accommodating.
