Great! We've used Lock Doc since 1989. His father used to change our locks in our office building and groomed him to take over the business. Just like his father he is professional, reliable and fair priced. We use him to change all of our locks in our building, as well as our homes.

My experience could not have been any better. I called Lock Doc. Scott said he would come out that day and if he could not do the work, he would let me know ahead of time and if it would be longer than his usual ($85) rate, he would let me know in advance. He arrived on time and fixed my problem is about 30 minutes. He was fast and VERY professional. He charged me $65 even though he quoted me $85. He said the job was less work than he anticipated. I wish ALL contractors were like this. I will most definately use Lock Doc in the future.

They were very clean and courteous people. They got to my house when they said they would and got the job done quickly. They were great at returning calls and at always having someone there to answer the phone. I thought that their price was great, and that they did a very good job.
