What happened in the end was there was one part that was broken that cost me $12 to buy. I fixed the a/c myself. This guy didn?t have a clue. He didn?t have the customer in mind at all, he just wanted to sell anything he could. I wouldn?t consider him at all in the future, this was a very bad experience.

The more knowledgeable half of the team didn't show, and the workman that showed up had no tools or equipment for the job. With some help from our AC Shutter contractor, and after a trip to HD, which I think I paid for, he moved the light. No conduit was used, just Romex hanging inside the garage. I couldn't see this, when he left because the garage door suddenly didn't work. Turns out he kicked the sensor and it wouldn't go down. The capped off light was left with the wires hanging out. He said we might want to add a box for an additional $150. We declined. If the AC Shutter man wasn't there to help, this guy could not have started this job, let alone get as far as he did. He was polite.

They showed on time, and did a decent job. However, the generator had a problem not holding the load. They took over one MONTH to come out to replace it. Also, they kept telling me how lucky I was they were helping me and what great service they were giving. When they finally did come, they told me the generator can't handle the load of the A/C, even though that's how it was represented. VERY dissatisfied.
