Leon James

They came out and gave me an estimate on how much they would charge me to put in a sprinkler system. They came out as scheduled, measured my yard, and conversed with me about my preferences and what I needed for the sprinkler system and then he gave me a written estimate. I liked everything about them and what they did was fine. They even wrote down everything I would need and that they would be installing, so I told them I would be calling them back because I was very satisfied. I will use them in the future.

I have a rental unit in Broward, I live in Miami, my tenant called me one evening to let me know she was having a problem  with the toilet and needed to have it taken care quickly.  I call Mr. James that evening and the very next day he went over and fixed it.  He was reasonable priced and took care of the problem inmediatley.   I will definetely use Mr.Leon James for all my plumbing needs.

Pros: - Pleasant to deal with - Punctual and responsible - Takes pride in his work Cons: - Upper range of market pricing, I didn't feel I was getting a bargain but I also didn't feel I was overpaying - Limited services, Leon doesn't do a lot of things that a proper GC would do Conclusion I would recommend Leon but know in advance that some services will cost you, particularly weekend work or any projects that require him to bring in a helper. Also, bear in mind that there are many things that Leon doesn't do and you will have to find someone independent of him to take care of these things as he doesn't come with a rolodex of contacts in various specialties that a GC would usually have on hand. Things Leon does not do include flooring, drywall, electrical, and construction (even light construction).

That work went great. It took him about four days in all. He had to come when it was very, very hot. He would come early in the morning, as soon as he could. If he's going to be late, he lets you know. He doesn't hold you up. He has a great personality on top of all of that.

He is excellent, and he does all of his jobs very, very well. He did an excellent job on this particular situation. The price was excellent. I know I would have paid a lot more to hire someone else. I have used Leon for about 4-5 years. I have had other handymen I have used before Leon and they were never as good. He's terrific, he does good work, he's reliable and he's reasonable. He also cleans up after himself and doesn't leave you with a mess. He's great. I would recommend him to anyone.
