I expected to wait a long time for him to begin because he was booked up for several months. However, once he began the work, he stretched out the job for 2 months. He came without the proper tools or supplies several times. He worked a little and left. He took several prolonged vacations while working on my house. He was disorganized. He did not return phone calls or keep promised appointments. This was not a big job. He should have been able to complete everything in 2 or 3 normal work days instead of 2 months. He said he couldn't get aluminum material to repair my porch roof so I told him to forget that. I called several other porch repair companies and was told that the material is readily available.
