Land Repair and Maintenance

"Thank you for giving me a positive review on Angie's List. The score you gave me for responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality seems low to me. In all fairness, I was at your home completing the repair as soon as you asked me to come over, I didn't even receive a phone call from you and I fit your job into my schedule immediately because you had an EMERGENCY water leak. I could not have arrived any faster than that. I take pride in my work and it is very important to me to receive good scores on Angie's List. I gave you an estimate prior to starting the job, as I do with all customers. If you felt my price was too high for an EMERGENCY plumbing repair, you should have called and waited for another licensed and insured Contractor to provide you with an estimate to repair this water leak. I believe if you would have checked my price against any licensed Contractor, you would have incurred a higher fee. Additionally, you would have incurred more damage to your home while you had to wait for them to arrive and then go get the parts to complete this repair. Because this is a Mobile Home and it is my specialty, I have these parts with me in my service vehicle and can respond in a timely manner in an Emergency. There are few other licensed and insured Contractors that carry Mobile Home parts on their service vehicles. Thank you for giving me an A rating on quality, I really appreciate that.
