+ -1 moreWe were so happy with our recliner chairs that we were planning to buy a sofa too as part of an overall renovation. Recently, we noticed that the leather in the headrest of the chairs was fading. So, we contacted La-Z-Boy to see about having it fixed. The chairs are less than 5 years old and we had La-Z-Boy put a protective coating on when we purchased them. La-Z-Boy said the coating was applied by a third party and it's their responsibility. The third party claims it's up to La-Z-Boy to handle the problem. Needless to say, we're just getting the runaround and they aren't giving us much incentive to buy anything else from La-Z-Boy.
Description of Work: I've had repairs done to the recliner mechanism which was handled okay - although the chair was less than 2 years old. In addition, the leather is discoloring, even though I paid extra to have the entire chair protected. La-Z-Boy claims the protection is handled by a third party so it's not their problem. The third party says it's up to La-Z-Boy to handle the issue.
