I needed a platform to reduce the height of the step from the entry way to the living room. I put in the request on July 4, not expecing any replies until Monday, but I was contacted almost immediately. Not only did George come by that day, he quoted a price and completed the job in just a few hours.....on a holiday!! I am grateful for the attention and service! I will contact them again for any other projects!!!

Initial contact with Julie who set up an appt for estimate with George for 12pm today . By 12:30 I contacted Julie and she stated she would reach out to George and get right back to me. I have yet to get a return call . This is poor business to not even give a courtesy call saying he could t make it . Good thing I didn’t hire them and get the same bad service .

Things looked good. I had a tight deadline, and they were willing to accommodate that. However, the actual work left something to be desired. I was having my house tented, so all the living green stuff had to be moved away from the house. Some of it was done perfectly, neatly. In other places they broke a pot (a rather nice pot) and then moved all my pineapples right next to the house. I had to move them away. Someone decided they needed to dump the large pot with my chives in the middle of the lawn. ??? That wasn't anywhere near the house, so I have no idea why they would even move it. My lemongrass is missing (also dumped). The job included a rather nebulous agreement to clean up the back yard. That wasn't done at all. I was surprised that the job was "done" because I wouldn't have called it that. No one told me they were done. But then .... They came back, or rather, two guys came back several days later, to take down a shed, which was OK, although it was a surprise to me when they showed up out of the blue. George wanted to be paid immediately after that, but I wasn't home. Had I known they were finishing, I would have made arrangements for the money. So, we ended up in a "can you wait until I'm back home to be paid" situation. (The deal was to pay in cash, but that requires a trip to the bank.) It become unpleasant. Maybe George was just having a bad week? But my yard is still a mess, and I have to hire someone else. After 4200, that was not what I was expecting.

The work was performed in an efficient and timely manner. Mr. Rivera met all of the condo requirements for insurance. He was friendly and did an exceptionally good quality job. Thank you, Mr. Rivera for a great job!

Great service. Very knowledgeable and easily took on and completed our project perfectly. Identified and addressed issues we did not originally perceive. Consistently communicated throughout the project and sent photos as well. Definitely recommended!

I had purchased furniture that needed to be assembled. I had a fireplace and a canopy bed, both of which were much more involved than I could handle. Jimmy was the gentleman who came to my house. He was very nice and did a great job. When I requested the quote from Angie’s list, they responded very quickly and answered all of my questions regarding the process, pricing and scheduling. Very pleased overall and I will be using there services in the future.

George and his crew did a great job. They were very professional, neat and got everything done in a timely manner to meet all of my expectations.

Went well considering the obstacles they ran into. From upset neighbors because the had to close one lane of the street to drop the fifteen to twenty foot long tree tops into the street to FPL using the street as a detour with no advance notice. It threw them a day behind what we all expected to finish the job so they came out on Sunday to finish and stayed until after 8:00 PM cleaning up. We made another appointment for next year for them to come back and remove them completely and grind the stumps into oblivion.

Initially very well. They came out to the house and gave me a reasonable estimate. We emailed back and forth a couple of times with my questions. But when I decide to hire them (within a few weeks time), they just disappeared. I called several times, left messages, sent texts and emails. No response. Even if they decided they didn't couldn't or didn't want to do the job, the courtesy of a reply would have been the professional thing to do. I waited to do this review bec I thought maybe they got extremely busy, still unacceptable, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and a chance to at least respond. Its been 3 months....nothing
