Horrible company, especially considering the premium price you pay for their products and services. Here is an excerpt of the formal letter I wrote to Armaud from KitchenWorks in response to the "purple" Viking stove we received (verse the cobalt blue color we had selected). "I absolutely cannot believe how I've been treated as a customer of KitchenWorks and Viking. It has been the worse customer experience of my life. Yes, we selected the color; it was not the color we expected based on the information you provided to us as customers. I expected you to work with us with the Viking Representative and represent our interests, but your comments of "not knowing why I'm in the middle" and "not able to work with us" are ludicrous. You should be in the MIDDLE as the merchant and did fail to work with us - never reaching out or explaining to us what you communicated to Viking and exploring other options." Armaud is a terrible sales person, who stood by as the Viking Representative told me he didn't think the stove looked purple. It's absolutely purple. Not once did Armaud say anything constructive or for that matter, anything at all, to help find a middle ground to resolve the situation. It was perhaps the most disappointing service for a high end purchasr that I have ever had. Stay away from Armaud and KitchenWorks if you want quality products and service.
