Provider did a good job on pressure washing and painting my roof. Based on this I ask him to repair a leak in one area of my roof. He said no problem and gave me an estimate verbally and I accepted the estimate ($1,600). Provider had a partner and both men commenced the repair promptly. One man did the bulk of the work in several partial days. The job overall job was completed in 3 days. I inspected the exterior of the repair and it looked good. They maintained a clean and tidy work area throughout the repair and I was satisfied with the work and told them so. About 2 weeks after the repair was completed there was a heavy rain and the roof leaked badly where it was supposedly repaired. I called the provider - Andy Burns - and he assured me his partner would be over promptly to repair the problem. That was in late January and during the next 2 months I called 4 times and each time I was assured that they would come and fix the problem. I gave up and determined that I had been screwed.
