JUST CALL ROGER HANDYMAN

Not well at all. The work was average, but the price was steep. And, they did damage that they refused to fix. They broke the tiles and the concrete on the side, and only partially fixed the concrete. They broke the tiles along the entry, and altogether refused to fix them. This job alone will cost me several hundred to fix. They cleaned only some of the hardware, so the job looks very sloppy--some shiny hardware, others old and scrappy. (They claim this is what I wanted, whish is odd because I paid top dollar for this to have it look new). Left holes and cracks in the wood than need to be patched. Left a thin piece of wood at the lock which will likely crack. Their price was very high to begin with, but I accepted it because I wanted the work done quickly. But to add insult to injury, they added costs to already high estimate; didn't deliver what they said; and did damage that I now need someone else to come and fix.

Roger was very professional and was quick with giving me a quote. His price seemed fair. I was not able to hire him because of scheduling conflicts.
