Jose's Garage Doors Inc

We have been trying to get our garage doors for 4 months! The owner, Jose Sosa, first blamed the manufacturer and then the supplier for the delay. I contacted the manufacturer (Amarr) on Dec. 7th and was told there were no delays on their end. Then I contacted the supplier (Authority Garage Supply of Miami) and I was told our doors should be arriving on Friday, Dec. 15th. When I called the supplier (Authority Garage Supply of Miami) today (Dec. 20th) to find out where our doors are, they tell me to call Jose. However, Jose has blocked me and doesn’t answer calls or messages. In the meantime, we are out $3,500 which we paid August 23rd and can not get our certificate of occupancy to move into our new home. :( We have been very stressed over this situation. We trusted this man since he has done business with our family before, so we wanted to believe all his excuses and give him the benefit of doubt.

Highly recommended! Jose called almost immediately, showed up on time for the estimate and was very competitive with the pricing. We set a day for the install and Jose was on time, did a beautiful job and cleaned up when he was done. Excellent!!!

He showed up on time, they worked quietly and left everything clean. He explained to us how to provide maintenance for our new door and even offered a monthly maintenance service included in the price! Wow. He then came back to give us our permit papers for the inspection. Overall, jose was quick with the install and doing the job within 3 weeks of us ordering the door.

After speaking to a few companies I called Jose, he gave me the cheapest price over the phone, was honest and offered to come over my house within the hour. We met, agreed on the price and about three days later my garage door was replaced. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. Very kind and humble independent worker. Will recommend him in a heart beat!

The garage door was ordered and installed as promise.  It took Jose only 3 weeks to order and install my 2 car garage door. After installation was completed it was inspected by the city of Coral Springs, and passed inspection with flying colors.  If you need a garage door updated or changed, Please give Jose a call.  He is an independent owner and will get the job done to your satisfaction.

Excellent.  He was working on a neighbors house and I found out he is a thousand dollars cheaper.  The thing that stood out to me was that he did his work quickly and correctly.  They were hurricane proof doors.  He was prompt.  Did the job well.
