At first, J&J seemed very helpful and responsive, but this was only their initial sales pitch. Soon after we signed up with them everything changed. The entire support staff was difficult to reach and took a long time to respond. The owner tried to pressure us into giving him more business by citing ?a market practice? that turns out is not common at all. We felt completely unrepresented during a real estate transaction. In summary, this company is not helpful and not very transparent. We were left with a sour feeling after buying our new home with them. This is a feeling nobody should have when buying a home.
