I HAD TOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH MY OLD TOILET SO I HAD TO GET A NEW ONE. JOHN PAUL INSTALLED THE TOILET NEATLY AND IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WHEN THEY TORE THE TOILET OUT THEY RIPPED SOME TILE OUT AND THEY REPLACED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
