JKA Pest Control

JKA Irrigation as a company is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. While several of the community's common areas have deteriorated and dried up over the years, others have swamped up from an overabundance of water building up. This is due completely to the lack of qualified maintenance by JKA Irrifation.
They don't show up very often even when called for a problem. When they do, you can find their truck parked under a tree with their guys either eating lunch or taking a break. Frankly, these guys break more stuff than they repair and maintain do more harm than good. They have flooded my yard, uprooted trees and landscaping and created sink holes all over the place.
Other than a personal agenda or relationship with one of the HOA board members or some type of kickbacks (with this HOA board that is very likely) I cannot figure how on earth JKA got the contract to maintain our irrigation/sprinkler system.
To be clear it should be noted that I did not hire them and don't pay JKA directly...Our HOA does.
However they have been our irrigation maintenance company for years and its about time this is addressed.
Far as reccomendations go, after years of experience with them I would suggest that you RUN from this companynot walk.

THIS COMPANY ALWAYS SHOWS UP ON TIME, AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THEY COME THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND WORK HARD TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WILL CONTINUE TO HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
