I reviewed Jim Threlkel last year after purchasing an arrangement to be delivered to our cruise ship. They did a fantastic job with the arrangement, so I decided to use them again for a cruise we did in February that was again over Valentine's Day. I think they outdid themselves. After a 6 day cruise our only regret was that they still looked as fresh as when we first saw them and we knew we couldn't take them with us as I doubt the airline would have let us bring them on the plane. We already have signed up for a cruise for next year and I'll definitely be surprising my sweetie with another arrangement from Jim Threlkel florists

Fantastic. I live in the Midwest and my wife and I were talking a cruise over Valentine's Day. I wanted to order an arrangement to be delivered to the ship and in the room when we boarded. I got Jim Threlkel Florist from Angie's list as being in Ft. Lauderdale and they assured me they could do this. The arrangement was in the room and looked fantastic. It stated fresh the entire 7 days and we hated to have to leave it.

The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were fresh. Excellent customer service! Will use again!

It wasn't until Friday afternoon that I finally got around to calling to have flowers delivered to the Justice Building in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. I didn't know when the recipient would be leaving work, so I wanted them to be delivered soon - definitely before 5.
The person on the phone was professional and thorough. She said they would deliver them within 3 hours.
In fact, they were delivered in ONE hour!

I would like to extol that the superior customer service that Jeff the owner of Jim Threkel Florist afforded me. When the flowers were delivered to my home. I was totally speechless when I encountered an unexpected surprise. The delivery person was holding flowers in the configuration of a birthday cake complimented with candles,flowers, bows,and a unique border of red beads. After a week only the red roses on the top of the arrangement where replaced with artificial ones. The flowers adorned the dinning room table for over three weeks. It was truly an exquisite touch that helped make my birthday a very special occasion. The estical result of the arrangement of evidence of meticulosity. Jim Threlkel even provides a 224 hour guarantee satisfaction, to either sender or receiver. If I were able I would give Jim Threlkel an A++ in all categorizes.
