We originally went with Jim and Olga for refinancing our primary residence. They did a fantastic job getting us a 30-year rate of 2.75%. The process was so smooth that we went with them again to refinance our two rental properties. We were not disappointed! Great rates (2.375% on 15 year) and a great team that helped us resolve any problems that came up. Specifically, we had some issues with title on one property and some financing issues on another loan, but after some work, all was good. We're very happy and thanks to Jim's team we're saving a lot of money. Another reason you should consider Jim's team is that their parent company, Cross Country Mortgage, has a very good website that makes uploading documents secure and easy. Docusign for everything, and closing during Covid was no problem.

The process went smoothly. Jim Blackburn is a lending saint. He knows the market well and cares about his clients tremendously. The team made it really easy to do business, uploading documents and getting forms signed. Our situation is a bit complex. Rather than turn us away for some added work they dug in to get it done right. They like the complexity, whereas other lenders don’t want to roll up their sleeves. Highly recommend Jim Blackburn for new loans and refinances!

The team handled every aspect of the process with an appropriate sense of urgency and competency. Communications were well organized. The only thing that could have been done that wasn't, was free moving crew and truck - obviously I am trying to be funny. Seriously, there is nothing that your team could have done better.
