I HAVE NOT HAD TO DEAL WITH TERMITES, AND THE ANTS ARE BASICALLY GONE DUE TO THE EFFORT OF JIM'S PEOPLE. I ONLY SEE OTHER BUGS ONCE IN A GREAT WHILE AND ONE PHONE CALL TO THEM SOLVES THAT.
