I paid to have my rental property floors cleaned after having my floors remodeled. I explained this when I asked for a quote. After she was done I asked if she can send photos. It was already evening time and the floors were still apparently wet, so it was hard to tell if the job was actually good or not. The next day I had a friend go by to check it out and move a few items around. He immediately explained to me that the floors did not look cleaned. I said what do you mean just paid someone that came yesterday. I then texted Jayadevi pictures and asked could someone go back because you can still tell the floors needed more work. She brushed me off, and said they did not have time today but would go the next day. Days went by and I reached out again asking did she go back and explained to her maybe the person did not rinse the mop enough, or maybe it just needed another pass due to the amount of dust involved. This time I told her two people have went to the property and told me it did not look professionally done. My realtors actual words were she thought I had a friend do it?. Jaya never responded. To me that means you do not care about your business. To make things right she should have went back and did it again, or even call me to explain what happened. If when she got there she realized it needed more work, call and explain that to me right then and there. Idk if it needed steaming or 3 -4 passes of mopping. I am not the professional. If I actually pay someone to clean something it should be immaculately cleaned. Like I said these were not worn out floors that I was looking for magic to happen. The floors were new that just needed a thorough cleaning.
